To submit a support request successfully, please sign-up at amazon-ads-api.zendesk.com or email us at ads-api-support@amazon.com. However, if you have not applied for API access, please visit this document to submit the API access request.
Additionally, under this setup, individuals from the same organization, verified through their email domain, will not have access to ticket details or related advertising business information unless they are explicitly included (CC'd) in the ticket.
To ensure smooth communication, we kindly ask you to add ads-api-support@amazon.com, ads-api-onboarding@amazon.com, and support@amazon-ads-api.zendesk.com to your email's safe sender list.
